You’ll lead from the front — motivating your team, maximizing revenue, and delivering world-class guest experiences. From merchandising magic to coaching your crew, you’ll help ensure every guest leaves with a smile and a souvenir.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• 🧍‍♂️ Lead by example on the retail floor — coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your team.

• 💬 Deliver excellent guest service while hitting KPIs and driving revenue through retail performance.

• 🧠 Train, onboard, and develop new team members — ensuring everyone is safety- and service-ready.

• 🛒 Assist with inventory management, product ordering, merchandising, and visual displays.

• 📊 Track and report key metrics like inventory levels, dwell time, and guest spending habits.

• 🏆 Help build and maintain a positive, fun, and guest-obsessed team culture.

• 🔄 Rotate into Duty Manager shifts — overseeing full attraction operations as needed.

• 🧹 Keep the retail space sparkling clean, fully stocked, and visually engaging at all times.

• 💡 Contribute ideas, recognize innovation, and celebrate wins — big or small!

• 🛠️ Resolve guest concerns on the spot and follow through with service recovery.

• 📈 Drive team performance with personal development plans, incentives, and regular feedback.

• 🗣️ Communicate clearly and consistently with your team and leadership.

🧠 What You Bring to the Team

• ✅ High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

• 🛍️ 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience (attractions, entertainment, or theme parks = a big plus!)

• 💪 Confident in high-pressure situations — cool, calm, and collected under pressure.

• 🗣️ Strong communication and people management skills.

• 💻 Comfortable with POS systems, computer tools, and reporting software.

• 🧩 Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

• 💼 Passion for developing talent and driving team success.

• 🎯 Sales-savvy with a guest-first attitude!

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll champion a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by:

• Monitoring compliance with all health & safety standards.

• Leading risk assessments and daily safety checks.

• Reporting and investigating incidents via the MIDAS system.

• Training your team in safe operating procedures — and holding them accountable.

• Following all Merlin Entertainments Group policies and best practices.

⏰ Availability & Working Conditions

• Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and during peak periods.

• This role is floor-based — lots of standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and interacting with guests.

• Must be comfortable working in varied conditions (temperature, lighting, sound, etc.)
