We’re looking for a Guest Experience Shift Lead to help lead our awesome team and deliver brick-tastic moments to families every day! You’ll be part of the team that makes the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre a place where imagination runs wild π§±π
As a Guest Experience Shift Lead, you’ll:
π― Supervise and support front-line staff during your shift
π Inspire your team to be “guest obsessed” and deliver world-class service
π οΈ Assist with daily operations, guest flow, and crowd control
π Train, coach, and support team members to become LEGOLAND legends
π¬ Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
π§Ύ Maintain training documentation and safety compliance
π£ Lead by example by stepping into host positions when needed
π Provide feedback, coaching, and assist with staff development
βοΈ Collaborate with other departments for smooth daily operation
β High School diploma or GED required
π£οΈ Strong customer service & communication skills
π Previous experience in attractions, entertainment, or hospitality (6+ months preferred)
π Enthusiasm, positivity, and a team-first attitude
π§πΌ Leadership experience or potential to grow into a leader
π₯οΈ Comfortable using office and POS systems
π Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to multitask in a fun, fast-paced environment
βοΈ Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and work on your feet for extended periods
π Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings

π Occasional local travel may be required
