You’ll lead by example, manage daily retail operations, provide hands-on mentorship, and even step in as Duty Manager to support the attraction's full team. Support inventory control and merchandising initiatives.
Monitor and report on key metrics like dwell time and guest satisfaction.

Assist with onboarding, ongoing training, and development plans.
Support performance reviews, coaching, and recognition programs.
๐ง Operate with Excellence
Ensure all safety procedures are followed without compromise.
Step in as Duty Manager and support other departments when needed.
Help manage staff schedules, budgets, and labor optimization.

High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
โ
2+ years of supervisory experience in retail or attractions
โ
Strong people management & communication skills
โ
Excellent sales and customer service abilities
โ
Ability to stay cool under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
โ
Familiarity with computerized POS systems
โ
A passion for leadership and creating unforgettable guest experiences
โ๏ธ May occasionally require local/domestic travel
