As a Project Manager for Resorts, you’ll lead large-scale capital projects ($1.5M+) across multiple locations, bringing new brands to life on time, on budget, and to brand standards. Working with internal teams and external partners, you’ll drive planning, cost control, and delivery—balancing innovation, safety, and risk management.

Manage multiple complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to brand standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for effective execution and communication.
Monitor project feasibility, planning, and costs to maximize value and efficiency.
Track and control budgets, minimize overspend, and implement value engineering solutions.
Provide accurate financial forecasts and reports in collaboration with the finance team.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including Creative Directors, consultants, and contractors.
Keep Project Director and senior management informed on progress and key milestones.
Manage client expectations and maintain clear, positive communication throughout the project.
Ensure adherence to all project policies, procedures, safety standards, and legal regulations.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Manage external contractors and suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Select and collaborate with professional advisors and vendors to meet project goals.
Foster strong working relationships between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Promote a "safety-first" culture and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Security Policy.
Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure timely reporting of hazards or incidents.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in large-scale capital projects.
Proven track record managing projects with budgets over $1.5M.
Experience in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments—preferably in theme parks, construction, or entertainment.
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of local authority requirements, planning restrictions, and construction regulations.
Familiarity with procurement processes and working with external contractors and consultants.
Strong organizational and leadership skills; able to manage complex projects end-to-end.
Solid financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, track costs, and drive value engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experienced in stakeholder management and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborative team player with experience coordinating cross-functional internal and external teams.
Good understanding of health, safety, and security protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.
