The Head of Revenue Management Gateway North America is a key leadership role responsible for optimising revenue across the Gateway attractions in North America. This role involves strategic oversight of pricing, forecasting, and revenue management strategies to maximise profitability and ensure sustainable growth. The Head of RM will provide actionable insights, develop innovative pricing models, and work closely with the commercial and operational teams to drive revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability for Gateway attractions across North America.
Lead the development of dynamic pricing models and strategies, adapting to market trends and customer behaviors to maximize revenue opportunities.
Provide strategic revenue performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership; act as a key advisor to the VP, Gateway North America.
Oversee the creation of accurate demand forecasts aligned with operational and financial goals.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate revenue performance and identify growth opportunities.
Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain performance gaps, uncover risks, and highlight opportunities.
Deliver timely and accurate revenue reports with actionable insights, supported by the Central Revenue Management team.
Optimize revenue management processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the region.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure alignment between revenue strategies and guest experience objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks related to pricing and revenue activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regional regulations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions to inform pricing and revenue strategies.
Work closely with marketing, trade, eCommerce, and operational teams to align on commercial strategies and achieve financial objectives.
