As a Guest Experience Shift Lead, you’ll be the go-to person on shift — inspiring your team, solving problems, and ensuring guests have a magical time! β¨
π§ Lead the Team:
Supervise and support the Guest Experience crew during daily operations
Delegate tasks and monitor progress in real-time
π Create Amazing Experiences:
Motivate the team to be “guest obsessed” π§‘
Ensure all guests receive world-class service and prompt support
π Keep It Safe & Smooth:
Uphold health & safety standards
Manage guest flow and queues to optimize the experience
π Train & Empower:
Onboard and train Hosts across all guest-facing areas
Maintain training records and help develop team members
π οΈ Step In & Step Up:
Act as Supervisor on Duty or assist in various roles when needed
Handle guest feedback and escalate when necessary
π₯ Support the Team:
Participate in team audits, engagement activities, and improvement projects
Provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
βοΈ High school diploma or GED
βοΈ 6+ months experience in attractions, entertainment, or hospitality (preferred)
βοΈ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
βοΈ High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for guest service
βοΈ Able to adapt in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
βοΈ Comfortable using standard office tools and software
π Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings & holidays
πͺ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the attraction
π‘οΈ Work in a variety of indoor/outdoor environments
