🎯 Job Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the unsung hero behind the glitz and glamour. From AV systems to themed attractions, you’ll keep everything running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your skills will ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience, every day! 🎡🎧🔧

🧰 Key Responsibilities

• 🔌 Troubleshoot, repair & maintain:
  HVAC, electrical, AV, plumbing, lighting, and show control systems.

• 🛠️ Perform preventive & reactive maintenance across all attraction systems.

• 🎥 Maintain and troubleshoot AV & DMX lighting equipment for exhibits and events.

• 🧽 Perform custodial duties, re-lamping, painting, exhibit setup/takedown, and more.

• 🪛 Replace projector bulbs, install doors, hang artwork, and assemble furniture.

• 📶 Set up data cables and repair network or computer hardware.

• 🚨 Ensure safety standards are followed at all times (OSHA/PPE compliance).

• ⚙️ Operate hand and power tools with confidence and precision.

• 🏗️ Occasionally work at height (20+ ft), or with heavy/loud equipment.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• ✅ High School Diploma or GED required.

• ⚙️ 2+ years in maintenance or technical services, ideally in a themed environment.

• 💡 Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and AV systems.

• 🤝 Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.

• ⏱️ Able to multi-task, prioritize, and stay cool under pressure.

• 💪 Must be comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs and working on your feet.

💼 Licenses & Certifications

• Must be able to obtain any certifications or licenses required by law or the role.

• 📅 Flexible availability: including weekends, holidays & evenings.

• 🚧 Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, lighting conditions, and heights.

• 🧍 Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
