Bubble Planet is coming to Dallas, and we’re looking for passionate, guest-focused leaders to help bring the magic to life! As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in launching and shaping a one-of-a-kind visitor attraction from the ground up.

 

As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be a hands-on leader on the attraction floor, setting the tone for exceptional guest service, motivating a dynamic front-line team, and ensuring a safe, seamless, and unforgettable experience for every visitor. You’ll lead daily operations, support team training and scheduling, and step into Duty Manager responsibilities across the attraction. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the founding team of a brand-new experience and help build a culture of Guest Obsession from Day One!

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Guest Experience Team with energy, passion, and a floor-based leadership style.

  • Deliver world-class service in line with Merlin’s Guest Obsession standards.

  • Act as a Duty Manager during assigned shifts, overseeing all departments.

  • Motivate and develop team members through coaching, daily briefings, and performance feedback.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and schedule management for your department.

  • Drive operational efficiency, service recovery, and secondary spend opportunities.

  • Maintain high standards in safety, cleanliness, and guest-facing presentation throughout the attraction.

  • Champion communication and teamwork, working closely with operations leadership.

  • Support and lead customer service initiatives, mentoring team members to meet and exceed guest expectations.

  • Monitor and report key performance data including inventory, dwell time, and product scores.

  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.

  • Comfortable being highly visible on the floor, setting the example for others to follow.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in guest-facing industries such as attractions, retail, hospitality, or entertainment.

  • Strong organizational, sales, and customer service skills.

  • Experience with computerized POS/till systems preferred.

  • Must be able to obtain required licenses or certifications as applicable.

Pay Range

USD $20.00/Hr.
