Key Accountabilities:
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in Health and Safety management, ideally in high-risk or complex environments
Expertise in developing and implementing safety policies, initiatives, and training programs
Skilled in risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Strong track record in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
Required: OSHA 30, NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent safety qualifications
Preferred: Degree in Safety Management or certifications such as ASP, CSP, SMS, OHST
Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) or working towards it (desirable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools
Excellent organisational and management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
In-depth knowledge of occupational Health and Safety standards and regulations
Hands-on experience in safety-critical environments and training delivery
Familiarity with Health and Safety management systems and auditing
Analytical, detail-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement
Knowledge of injury reporting, investigation, and record-keeping requirements
Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to fostering a strong safety culture
