Supervise and support front-line team members to deliver world-class guest service

Be the “Supervisor on Duty” and lead by example during daily operations

Coach and inspire the team to be guest-obsessed ๐ฌ

Manage guest queues and crowd flow for a smooth and safe experience ๐

Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
โ
Organize, deliver, and track training for new and existing Hosts ๐
โ
Encourage team empowerment and recovery-focused guest service ๐ฆธ

Monitor performance, give feedback, and support employee development

Jump into host roles as needed and help keep the magic alive โจ
๐น High School diploma or GED required
๐น 6+ months of experience in guest service, attractions, entertainment, or hospitality preferred
๐น A fun, outgoing personality and a passion for people ๐
๐น Ability to lead by example and bring out the best in others
๐น Strong verbal and written communication skills
๐น Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment ๐
๐น Familiarity with basic office software and systems
๐ Experience coaching and mentoring teams
๐ Able to manage schedules, performance, and records
๐ก Problem-solving skills and a calm, guest-focused attitude
๐ Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
๐ช Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move around the attraction throughout the shift
