Qualifications & Experience

๐Ÿงฉ What You’ll Do:

โœ… Supervise and support front-line team members to deliver world-class guest service
โœ… Be the “Supervisor on Duty” and lead by example during daily operations
โœ… Coach and inspire the team to be guest-obsessed ๐Ÿ’ฌ
โœ… Manage guest queues and crowd flow for a smooth and safe experience ๐ŸŒ€
โœ… Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
โœ… Organize, deliver, and track training for new and existing Hosts ๐Ÿ“
โœ… Encourage team empowerment and recovery-focused guest service ๐Ÿฆธ
โœ… Monitor performance, give feedback, and support employee development
โœ… Jump into host roles as needed and help keep the magic alive โœจ

๐Ÿง  What We’re Looking For:

๐Ÿ”น High School diploma or GED required
๐Ÿ”น 6+ months of experience in guest service, attractions, entertainment, or hospitality preferred
๐Ÿ”น A fun, outgoing personality and a passion for people ๐Ÿ˜„
๐Ÿ”น Ability to lead by example and bring out the best in others
๐Ÿ”น Strong verbal and written communication skills
๐Ÿ”น Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment ๐Ÿš€
๐Ÿ”น Familiarity with basic office software and systems

๐Ÿ“œ Bonus Skills:

๐Ÿ›  Experience coaching and mentoring teams
๐Ÿ“ˆ Able to manage schedules, performance, and records
๐Ÿ’ก Problem-solving skills and a calm, guest-focused attitude

๐Ÿ•’ Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
๐Ÿ’ช Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move around the attraction throughout the shift
