As a Schools & Groups Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind all things group bookings! From the first inquiry to the final farewell, you’ll ensure every group visit is smooth, exciting, and memorable. Responsibilities include:
๐ Handling inbound inquiries from schools and group leaders, providing all the info they need to plan their visit
๐งพ Coordinating all aspects of group reservations, including booking, special needs, and arrival logistics
๐ Greeting and welcoming groups upon arrival with warmth and energy
๐ Submitting weekly and monthly booking and revenue reports
๐ผ Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, tour companies, and community organizations
๐ฏ Assisting in achieving volume and revenue goals through outreach and client relationship management
๐ฃ Supporting special promotions, campaigns, and marketing events
๐
Organizing and attending familiarization tours, trade shows, and community events
๐ Managing all client communications, maintaining event checklists, timelines, and follow-up procedures
๐ Assisting with program performance analysis to help improve future events
๐ Supporting other marketing and administrative needs as assigned
โ
High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
โ
2+ years of experience in customer service or group coordination
โ
Strong written and verbal communication skills
โ
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
โ
Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities
โ
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
โ
Previous experience in a call center or sales environment a plus

๐ Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, but flexibility is required for early mornings, weekends, holidays, and special events
