💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Schools & Groups Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for all things group reservations — from first inquiry to the moment our guests walk through the door. You'll manage bookings, build relationships with schools and community partners, and help execute incredible group visits that leave everyone smiling! 😄🙌

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities:

• 💬 Build and maintain relationships with schools, travel planners, and group leaders.

• 📅 Handle reservations and guest inquiries from start to finish.

• 🎉 Welcome groups onsite and ensure a magical experience!

• 💼 Assist with the coordination and execution of special events and promotions.

• 📈 Track and report weekly/monthly bookings and revenue.

• 🛠️ Collaborate with the marketing team to drive group business and assist with campaign initiatives.

• 📚 Coordinate familiarization tours, trade shows, and client education programs.

• 🔁 Maintain continuous communication with clients and internal teams.

• 📣 Represent the attraction at events and meetings to promote the brand and drive visitation.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

• ✅ High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

• 📞 At least 2 years of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus!).

• 🧠 A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

• 💻 Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).

• ✨ Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for creating amazing guest experiences!

• Must be flexible to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
