🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• 📋 Assign and oversee daily tasks for front-line Guest Experience team members

• 💪 Motivate and lead your team to be “guest obsessed” and deliver top-notch service

• 🛟 Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring happy memories

• 🚦 Manage guest flow and queue areas to keep things moving safely and smoothly

• 🧠 Support onboarding and training of new hosts — create a culture of learning

• 📚 Keep accurate training and performance records

• 📣 Serve as the Supervisor on Duty and lead by example during your shift

• 💬 Collaborate across departments to enhance the overall guest experience

• 🌟 Step into various roles as needed to support your team and attraction goals

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 🎓 High School diploma or GED

• 🎡 At least 6 months in guest-facing or service roles (attractions/entertainment industry preferred!)

• 😃 A fun, outgoing attitude with a commitment to excellence

• 📞 Strong communication and organizational skills

• 🖥️ Comfortable using standard office software and systems

• 🤝 Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
