🎯 Your Mission: Lead, Support, and Serve

• 🧁 Be the go-to leader in the Café, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations

• 🧑‍🍳 Step into host roles as needed and support your teammates on the floor

• 🚦 Serve as Supervisor on Duty, helping coordinate operations across F&B, Attractions, and Retail

• 🌟 Motivate team members to be “Guest Obsessed” and deliver awesome experiences

• 📋 Train and coach team members in food safety, customer service, and LEGOLAND standards

• 💬 Address guest feedback with professionalism, positivity, and LEGO charm

• 🎈 Keep the energy high, the Café spotless, and the smiles wide

🧠 What You Bring to the Brick Table

• High school diploma or GED required 🎓

• 6+ months of experience in food & beverage (restaurant, café, theme park, etc.) 🍔

• A fun, friendly, and outgoing personality that connects with kids and adults alike 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire others with confidence and kindness 🚀

• Passion for making everyday moments feel special and memorable 🌟

• Flexible availability — including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
