Wardrobe Manager – LEGOLAND Florida 

 

Overview: 


LEGOLAND Florida is seeking a highly organized and proactive Wardrobe Manager to oversee all aspects of our uniform program. This role plays a key part in maintaining our brand standards while ensuring team members have the uniforms they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences. 

 

Qualifications & Experience

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Uniform Distribution: Manage the issuance of uniforms, ensuring all team members receive correct sizes and quantities. Keep accurate records of uniform distribution and returns. 

  • Laundry Operations: Oversee laundry services (internal or external) to ensure uniforms are cleaned, pressed, and returned in a timely manner. 

  • Repairs & Maintenance: Coordinate small repairs, such as stitching and button replacements, to keep uniforms in excellent condition. 

  • Lost Uniform Process: Track lost uniform items and ensure appropriate recharges are processed. 

  • Quality & Standards: Ensure all uniforms meet LEGOLAND’s standards for appearance, functionality, and comfort. 

  • Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels, reorder supplies as needed, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate uniform delivery. 

  • Team Communication & Training: Train staff on uniform care and policies. Communicate updates or changes clearly and effectively. 

  • Budget Oversight: Support budget management related to uniforms, repairs, and laundry services. Monitor costs and suggest cost-saving strategies. 

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with key departments such as People, Operations, and Facilities to meet uniform needs across the resort. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in wardrobe or uniform management, ideally in a theme park, resort, or hospitality setting. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Familiarity with inventory systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Skilled in team communication, basic garment care, and supplier coordination.
