Position: Guest Experience Team Lead 🎢
 

Scope of the Role:
As a Guest Experience Team Lead at our sites (Peppa Pig World of Play and LEGOLAND Discovery Center), you’ll be the magic behind the scenes, ensuring the attraction runs smoothly while leading a team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests! From overseeing admissions to managing our café and retail, you'll wear many hats and help our team shine. ✨🌟

Your Key Responsibilities:

💼 Lead Like a Pro:

  • Manager on Duty for the attraction – you’ll oversee the entire operation, from Admissions and Attractions to Retail and Food & Beverage. You’re the go-to person! 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️
  • Delegate daily tasks and lead by example to ensure the team provides guest-obsessed service. 😍
  • Manage guest flow in the busiest areas to keep things running smoothly and safely. 🎡
  • Handle guest concerns quickly and efficiently, ensuring they’re happy and ready to enjoy more magic. ✨

📚 Train & Develop Front-Line Hosts:

  • Take charge of Host training, ensuring our team is equipped with everything from ride safety to retail standards. 📋
  • Empower your team to handle guest recovery when needed and provide world-class customer service every day. 💬
  • Evaluate team performance and provide coaching to help them grow. 🌱

🍽️ Support the Guest Experience:

  • When not managing, roll up your sleeves and support in departments like training, inventory control, employee engagement, and more. 💪
  • Help with scheduling and keep things running smoothly. 🗓️

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:

🎤 Experience in Customer Service:

  • Previous experience in customer service and interacting with guests is a must! We want someone who thrives in creating magical experiences for children and families. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
  • A knack for leading teams with enthusiasm, motivation, and communication skills that inspire others. 🗣️

⚡ Fun & Energetic Leader:

  • You’re a high-energy leader who can manage a fast-paced environment, delegate effectively, and stay cool under pressure. 🌪️
  • Passionate about training and developing others to provide the best experience possible! 👏

Additional Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Must be flexible with your hours – this role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure everything runs smoothly. 🎢
