β¨ Key Responsibilities:
π Lead and Inspire: Manage and support the front-line team members, delegating daily tasks and ensuring everyone is motivated to deliver top-notch service.
π Create Magical Moments: Foster a "guest-obsessed" attitude by setting the example and ensuring every visitor has an exceptional experience.
π Safety First: Uphold health and safety policies, ensuring compliance across the team to keep everyone safe and sound.
π Flow Control: Help manage queues and guest flow, ensuring the attraction runs smoothly, even during peak times.
π Resolve Issues Efficiently: Respond to guest concerns and collaborate with other departments to find quick solutions.
π Train and Develop: Lead training sessions for new Hosts, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding guest service.
π Lead by Example: When not in the Supervisor on Duty role, step in to assist with training, audits, and other team support tasks.
π Coach and Empower: Help team members grow in their roles, offering guidance and support to elevate their performance.
π Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
Prior customer service experience is a plus!
At least 6 months in a related field (attractions, entertainment, or service industries) is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding service.

A proactive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions (indoors, outdoors, heat, cold, etc.).
Wear required personal protective equipment for safety.
