Scope of the Job:
Your main mission? To deliver outstanding customer service to all of our guests! Whether you're helping them navigate our awesome attractions or offering insider knowledge about all the fun things we have to offer, you'll be their go-to guide! 🌈 You'll shine in one of four areas: Admissions, Retail, Guest Experience, or Food & Beverage (Café). 🚀

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions 🎟️:

• Welcome every guest with a smile and eye contact (make them feel like they’re stepping into a magical world)!
• Answer questions about ticket packages and pricing 💬
• Assist guests with kiosk purchases and direct them as needed.
• Scan tickets and annual passes with a smile.
• Help us meet and exceed upselling targets! 🎯
• Make group visits, field trips, and birthday parties extra special! 🎉
• Personalize every guest interaction (like welcoming back Annual Pass holders or wishing happy birthday! 🎂).

Retail 🛍️:

• Be the friendly face customers can count on!
• Share your LEGO® knowledge—help customers pick the perfect set or product!
• Operate point-of-sale systems with ease.
• Help achieve sales goals and revenue targets 💸
• Restock merchandise and keep the store looking amazing! 🌟
• Be Guest Obsessed and deliver top-notch service.

Food and Beverage (Café) 🍔🍹:

• Greet guests warmly, and make them feel at home!
• Guide guests through the menu and answer all their tasty questions.
• Take orders and process payments efficiently.
• Prepare delicious food and drinks (yum!).
• Ensure we meet food safety standards (we take this seriously!).
• Achieve upselling goals and revenue targets 🌟
• Be Guest Obsessed and deliver exceptional service with a side of fun! 🍽️

Guest Experience 🌈:

• Show off your passion for guest service—let it shine! ✨
• Be the expert on all exhibits and attractions!
• Help operate rides (woohoo!). 🎢
• Guide guests on their journey through our attractions, and share your LEGO-building wisdom! 🛠️
• Show kids the importance of play and spark their creativity.
• Become a LEGO Character and create magical moments for guests! 🤖✨

Other Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older if working as a Ride Operator 🎢
• Flexibility is key! You’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays to make magic happen! ✨
• Must be reliable and punctual—our guests depend on you! ⏰
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fun, and sometimes fast-paced environment! ⚡

Qualifications:

• A passion for excellent customer service! 💖
• Enthusiasm for representing the LEGOLAND® brand!
• Previous experience in food & beverage or retail? Awesome, but not required. 🌟
• A fun and positive attitude! 😄
• Strong communication skills (you’ll be talking to guests all day!). 💬
• Ability to work independently or collaborate with a team. 👯
• Experience dealing with large crowds? That's a bonus! 💥
• Ability to stay enthusiastic even when doing repetitive tasks (because we keep the fun going!). 🎉
• Must be reliable and always on time. ⏳

Work Environment:

Depending on the location, you’ll experience both indoor and outdoor working conditions, with varying temperatures and floor surfaces. 🌞❄️
