Are you a detail-oriented and proactive digital marketer with a passion for CRM? We're looking for a CRM Executive to support our global CRM campaigns across email and SMS, helping drive engagement, loyalty, and retention for our world-famous attractions!
💡 What You'll Do:
📧 Campaign Execution – Assist in creating, scheduling & delivering targeted CRM campaigns.
📊 Data Management – Help segment and manage customer data for effective marketing.
📈 Performance Tracking – Analyse CRM campaign success & provide insights for improvement.
🤝 Collaboration – Work with marketing teams to align CRM with broader brand objectives.
✅ 1-2 years’ experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement.
✅ Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
✅ Strong organisational skills & attention to detail.
✅ A proactive attitude & passion for enhancing the customer experience.
✅ Experience in leisure, travel, or entertainment is a plus!
