Merlin Entertainments, the global leader in attractions and entertainment, is seeking an Influencer Manager US. As an Influencer Manager, you will work and collaborate with the social media Team to help build and manage relationships with influencers and content creators who can authentically promote our attractions and experiences. You’ll play a hands-on role in executing influencer campaigns, creating compelling content, and ensuring that our partnerships contribute to brand growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognized brand and engage with a wide range of influencers in the US entertainments industry.
Candidates should live on the East Coast within driving distance to one of our North America attractions.
Responsibilities:
Influencer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Identify, research, and engage with US influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who align with the brand’s target audience and values.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers to foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Coordinate influencer outreach and ensure influencers are aligned with brand objectives and messaging.
Campaign Support & Execution
- Assist in executing influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring influencer content aligns with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Organise influencer visits to Merlin attractions, ensuring they have the best possible experience, and that content is shared seamlessly across platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers to generate creative content that showcases the brand’s offerings in a fun, engaging, and authentic way.
Content Distribution & Amplification
- Support the distribution of influencer-generated content across Merlin Entertainments' social media channels.
- Ensure influencer content is properly tagged, credited, and shared to maximise exposure and engagement across key social platforms.
- Develop and manage the US influencer content calendar to ensure timely delivery of posts and content pieces.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Regularly monitor and report on influencer campaign performance, identifying recommendations to improve brand awareness and coverage to key target audiences.
- Manage preparation of reports and performance analysis, sharing insights with internal teams and stakeholders.
Innovation & Cross Team Collaboration
- Stay informed on emerging trends in influencer marketing, social media, and entertainment, and suggest new opportunities for influencer engagement.
- Collaborate with the social media team to amplify influencer content and engage with followers on social channels.
- Work closely with the Social Media team and marketing teams including PR and SEO to ensure that influencer campaigns are integrated with larger marketing strategies.
