Scope of the Role:

As a Retail Team Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of LEGOLAND Discovery Centers operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management of our retail areas. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and focus on maximizing Per Cap spends and Average Transaction Values. 📊💵 You’ll be the guiding force that ensures we’re delivering world-class experiences to guests and driving the performance of our retail team!

What You’ll Do:

💫 Lead by Example:

• Be the ultimate example of excellence on the floor! Inspire your team to provide exceptional service and meet/exceed KPI and Mystery Visit targets.
• Deliver world-class guest experiences with a smile, every single time. 🌟

🧑‍🏫 Train & Support Your Team:

• Deliver initial and ongoing training to ensure the Retail Team is equipped for success.
• Support in hiring, onboarding, and nurturing growth through Personal Development Plans and regular feedback. 🎯

📈 Maximize Sales & Guest Satisfaction:

• Lead your team in driving sales performance, guest engagement, and service standards to create a memorable experience.
• Monitor performance, inventory, and key metrics to ensure continuous improvement. 📊

🛍️ Manage Retail Operations:

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of assigned commercial areas.
• Work with the Retail Manager to manage labor budgets, schedules, and stock levels to meet seasonal needs.
• Keep our displays fresh and inviting—visual appeal matters! 🎨✨

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Lead & Motivate Your Team:

• Provide mentorship, motivation, and ongoing support to your team. Be the role model who drives success and a positive, proactive, fun work environment!
• Handle challenges on the go, with a focus on guest recovery when needed. 💪

📋 Monitor & Improve:

• Constantly assess team performance and identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and technical operations. 🧹🛠️

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

🌟 Experience & Leadership:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment or visitor attraction.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team while maintaining excellent service standards. 👥💡

💼 Sales & Customer Service Savvy:

• Excellent sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism. 🏆

🧑‍💻 Tech-Savvy:

• Comfortable using computerized till systems and inventory management tools. 🖥️

💡 Problem-Solving & Multi-Tasking:

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy retail environment.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey expectations and manage performance. 🗣️

Education & Experience:

• High School or GED required (College degree preferred).
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or visitor attractions.
• Experience with inventory management and sales performance is a plus!
