ROLE SUMMARY

The Head of Gateway Revenue Management, North America is a pivotal leadership role dedicated to unlocking the full revenue potential of our Gateway attractions. This role demands strategic foresight, analytical expertise, and innovative thinking to drive profitability while ensuring sustainable long-term growth. By leading cutting-edge pricing models, data-driven forecasting, and revenue optimization strategies, this role influences key business decisions and enhances the guest experience.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic Revenue Leadership

  • Revenue Optimization: Craft and execute best-in-class revenue management strategies to maximize profitability across all Gateway attractions.

  • Dynamic Pricing Strategy: Lead the development of flexible and responsive pricing models, adapting to market trends and guest behaviors to capture every revenue opportunity.

  • Executive Influence: Deliver compelling insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership, shaping high-impact business decisions.

Forecasting & Performance Analysis

  • Demand Forecasting: Ensure precision and agility in forecasting demand, aligning with operational and financial goals.

  • KPI Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-backed decision-making and revenue growth opportunities.

  • Variance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive assessments into revenue performance versus forecasts, identifying success drivers, risks, and innovation opportunities.

Operational Excellence

  • Insightful Revenue Reporting: Provide clear, actionable revenue reports to stakeholders, delivering critical takeaways and recommendations.

  • Process Enhancement: Drive continuous improvement in revenue management tools and processes to streamline efficiency and boost effectiveness.

  • Seamless Collaboration: Partner with operations and commercial teams to ensure a seamless connection between revenue strategies and the ultimate guest experience.

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Proactive Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage risks in pricing and revenue strategies, ensuring full compliance with corporate and regional regulations.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive movements, and economic conditions to inform data-driven pricing decisions.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to align on commercial strategies and drive financial excellence.

  • Inspiring Leadership: Cultivate a high-performance revenue management culture, empowering teams with knowledge, innovation, and collaboration.

 

Qualifications & Experience

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in revenue management, with a strong emphasis on the attractions, hospitality, or entertainment industry.

  • Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, with proven experience in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications such as CRME are highly desirable.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into effective revenue growth strategies.

  • Revenue Expertise: In-depth understanding of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, and market trends.
