Scope of the Role:

As the Guest Experience Shift Lead, you’ll be the ultimate multitasker, serving as the Manager on Duty for the entire attraction. You'll oversee our Admissions, Retail, Food & Beverage, and Guest Experience teams to ensure smooth daily operations and ensure guests have the best time ever! You’ll also lead by example, motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring that safety, fun, and efficiency are top priorities! 🎠💫

Qualifications & Experience

Key Responsibilities:

🌟 Manager on Duty:

  • Oversee the smooth operation of Admissions, Food & Beverage, Retail, and the Attraction itself 🎡
  • Lead and motivate your team to be guest-obsessed and deliver amazing customer service 🥳
  • Ensure everything runs smoothly, from managing queues to handling guest concerns 📞
  • Be the go-to leader for your team—delegate tasks, monitor performance, and keep everything on track 💪

🧑‍🏫 Training & Development:

  • Organize and coordinate training for front-line Hosts on ride safety, food safety, and retail standards 📚
  • Empower team members to deliver outstanding guest service with a focus on guest recovery as needed 💖
  • Evaluate performance, provide coaching, and ensure everyone is on top of their game ✨

🚀 Support for the Guest Experience:

  • When not managing, jump in to help with training, stocking, inventory controls, employee engagement, and scheduling 📅
  • Bring your passion for making the guest experience extraordinary by supporting the team wherever needed ✨

⚖️ Health & Safety:

  • Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and team members ✅
  • Report incidents as needed and support health and safety investigations 👩‍⚖️

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred. Experience in customer service and guest interaction is a must, especially working with kids and families! 👶👧👦
  • Skills: Excellent communication and motivational skills are a must! You'll need to be outgoing, confident, and able to handle fast-paced environments 💨
  • Leadership: You’ve got experience leading and training a team to deliver top-notch service every time 💼
  • Flexibility: Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed—because the fun never stops! 🎉
