Job Summary: Are you ready to work with world-famous wax figures and contribute to bringing the magic to life? As part of our Studio Team, you'll play a key role in maintaining our wax figures, ensuring their perfection through repairs, styling, painting, and costume upkeep. You’ll also be a brand ambassador, helping create unforgettable guest experiences and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. 🤩

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform wax figure maintenance to Madame Tussauds’ world-class standards, meeting key quality targets and deadlines 🕒.
• Repair and restore figures, from sculptural wax work to oil & acrylic painting, hair styling, and costume care 🎨✨.
• Assess, repair, or replace damaged figures, ensuring all work follows MT protocols 🛠️.
• Relocate, position, and style figures to ensure they shine with the best lighting and styling 😎.
• Assist with offsite PR events, ensuring figures are on-brand and up to our high standards 💼🌍.
• Adhere to Health & Safety protocols and maintain a clean studio environment 🧼💡.
• Engage with guests and represent the studio when needed, helping create amazing experiences 📸.
• Collaborate with a small, dynamic team while also being self-driven to manage individual tasks 👥🤝.

Health & Safety: We prioritize safety! You’ll be responsible for the wellbeing of yourself, your colleagues, and our guests. Follow safe working practices, report incidents when necessary, and collaborate in investigations as needed ⚖️.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED required 🎓.
• Experience in painting, sculpting, or special effects makeup is a plus! 🎨✨
• Specialized knowledge of oil and acrylic painting techniques is ideal 🖌️.
• Degree or equivalent training in fine arts or technical arts is beneficial 👩‍🎨👨‍🎨.
