As the Admissions Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in bringing joy to guests at both LEGOLAND® Discovery Center and SEA LIFE San Antonio—where LEGO® magic meets ocean wonders 🦈🧱

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• 🎯 Support the Admissions Manager by leading the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

• 🌟 Motivate and coach team members to exceed guest service standards and drive sales.

• 💡 Share feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the guest journey.

• 🏆 Collaborate on incentives that inspire team spirit and reward top performance.

• 📈 Monitor KPIs and mystery visit scores to help us hit our goals.

• 🎓 Assist in training team members on guest service, up-selling, and attraction knowledge.

• 💬 Lead with enthusiasm, positivity, and the Merlin Magic in every interaction.

• 🧼 Ensure admissions areas are clean, welcoming, and fully operational throughout the day.

• 🛡️ Promote a safe and secure environment for both guests and team members.

🧩 About You:

• ✅ Natural leader with confidence, energy, and approachability.

• 😊 Outgoing personality who thrives in a fun, fast-paced atmosphere.

• 💬 Excellent communicator and motivator.

• 💸 Experience handling payments and POS systems.

• 📊 Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized.

• 🎤 Comfortable interacting with guests in a lively, high-energy environment.

• 🎢 Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, tourism, or entertainment is a plus!

📆 Role Requirements:

• ⏱️ Able to work up to 40 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and Spring Break.

• 🚶‍♀️ Comfortable standing and walking for long periods.

• 🧼 Willing to use cleaning supplies and maintain attraction readiness.

• 🧊 Work indoors with temperature variations from cool to warm.

• 🧱 Able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.

• 🧒 Must be at least 16 years old.
