🍴 Role Overview: As a Food and Beverage Shift Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping run our world-class guest experience operations. You’ll be the Manager on Duty for our entire attraction, overseeing the smooth operation of our Attraction, Admissions, Retail Shop, and Food & Beverage areas! You’ll be the driving force behind creating a fantastic experience for both our guests and our team members! 🌟

  • 🌍 Lead the Charge: Manage the smooth operation of all departments (Admissions, Attraction, Food & Beverage, Retail) to keep things running like a well-oiled machine!

  • 🎯 Customer Service Champion: Be the leader in providing world-class service and ensuring every guest has a magical experience! ✨

  • 🚢 Guest Flow Guru: Manage queues and guest flow to keep things running smoothly and safely during peak times.
  • πŸ”„ Training & Development: Lead the training of new hosts, ensuring they are prepared and empowered to deliver outstanding service and safety. πŸ†
  • 🍽️ Support the Team: When you're not managing, jump in to help your department with training, inventory, scheduling, and ensuring employee engagement stays high!
