What You’ll Be Doing
π Training & Development
• πΌ Organize and lead training sessions for new Hosts, covering key areas like ride safety, food safety, profit protection, and retail standards.
• π
Help develop your team’s skills, empowering them to deliver top-notch customer service and recover from any guest concerns.
• π Evaluate team performance and provide coaching or escalate when needed to maintain high standards.
ποΈ Retail Support
• When you’re not managing, jump in to support your department with tasks like stocking, inventory control, employee engagement, and scheduling.
• π Take on other exciting duties as assigned – no two days are the same in this role!
π Manager on Duty
• Oversee the operation of Admissions, Retail, Café, and Attraction departments.
• πͺ Lead and motivate front-line staff to ensure they’re guest-obsessed and delivering excellent service.
• π Delegate tasks and monitor staff performance throughout the day.

Ensure all health, safety, and operational standards are met, keeping everyone safe and happy!
• πΆβοΈ Manage queues and guest flow during busy times to keep things running smoothly.
• π¬ Address guest issues and concerns efficiently, working with other departments as needed.
