Job Purpose:
Take the reins and ensure the smooth daily operation of our exciting Food & Beverage outlets! Your mission? To develop, implement, and uphold top-notch quality standards that make our guests’ experience extraordinary while maximizing revenue. π½οΈβ¨
What You’ll Be Doing:
• π Collaborate with the Retail Manager to achieve and exceed department goals.
• πͺ Lead, train, and inspire a fantastic team to deliver exceptional service every day.
• π Use the mystery shopper program to ensure your team is consistently delighting guests with outstanding customer service.
• π Drive sales above budgeted targets by crafting exciting new experiences, promotions, and expanding product offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
• π§πΌ 2 years of guest service experience.
• π¬ Strong communication and motivational skills to lead a dynamic team.
• π Proven multitasker, able to juggle multiple projects and tasks with ease.
• β° Excellent punctuality and time management skills.
• β³ Flexibility with scheduling (because we know fun never sleeps!).
