About the Role
As the Technical Services Training and Compliance Manager, you will lead the way in ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency across our rides and attractions. With a focus on ride-related maintenance, you will manage a team of three direct reports while developing and implementing comprehensive engineering, safety, and training strategies. Your work will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our operations and delivering world-class service to our guests.
