Qualifications & Experience

The HRIS Data Analyst provides technical support for our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring smooth operations by resolving user issues, troubleshooting system problems, and collaborating with teams for timely solutions. This role is remote, based at our HR People Hub Center of Excellence in Orlando, FL.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-level support to HRIS users via phone, email, or ticketing system, addressing login, access, and technical issues.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal HR and the UKG team to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
  • Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions, create user guides, and document all support activities in the helpdesk system.
  • System Testing & Updates: Participate in testing upgrades and enhancements to ensure system compatibility.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain data accuracy, generate reports, and ensure HRIS security protocols are followed.
  • Project Support: Assist with system upgrades, updates, and troubleshooting of HRIS data interfaces.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRIS analyst or in a technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS platforms (e.g., UKGPro).
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and audit large data sets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS administration.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

Compensation between USD $60,000.00/Yr.-USD $65,000.00/Yr.
