You’ll play a vital role as the Manager on Duty for the entire attraction. Leading by example, you’ll ensure smooth operations across Admissions, Attractions, Food & Beverage, and Retail. 🏰💥

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Be the Boss

• Oversee the daily operations of all departments: Admissions, Attractions, Food & Beverage, and Retail 🛍️🍔
• Motivate and inspire your team to be guest-obsessed and deliver top-tier service every day 🌟
• Handle guest issues with grace, ensuring a magical experience for all 🎭
• Manage queues and guest flow in the busiest areas like a pro 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️
• Uphold health & safety standards for a safe, smooth experience ✅

✨ Training & Team Development

• Coordinate training for front-line hosts on ride safety, food safety, and customer service 📚💡
• Empower your team to be problem-solvers and service heroes 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to keep your team shining 🌟

✨ Support Food & Beverage

• When not in management mode, you’ll help with stocking, inventory, and employee engagement 🍽️💼
• Get hands-on with scheduling and making sure everything runs smoothly 🗓️

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred 🎓
