Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the health and safety of the resort, embodying the spirit of teamwork and leadership.
Must be a graduate of a State-accredited or recognized EMT/paramedic program and possess a current Florida and/or national certification in good standing.
(Own Your Craft) — Your expertise in the medical field is the foundation for exceptional care.
Requires Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS).
(Drive and Discover) — Stay at the forefront of health care, ensuring that you can respond to emergencies swiftly and confidently.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of BLS experience in a field or clinical environment. 5+ years' experience is highly desirable.
(Own Your Craft) — Your depth of experience ensures the delivery of high-quality, effective services.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
(Go Together) — Lead and collaborate with a dynamic team, fostering an environment of mutual support and growth.
Experience working as a paramedic or EMT on an ALS unit or in regular shifts on a CCT unit is preferred.

Theme park medical experience is highly desirable.

Operate a computer using word processing and other Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).

Understand and properly use workers' compensation terminology.

Organize and maintain office and specialized claims files.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Head of Health & Safety, insurance adjusters, medical offices, department leaders, and others.

Must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends to support park operations.

This is a full-time salaried position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. Hours and days may vary based on operational needs.

Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
(Drive and Discover) — Your commitment to safety ensures you can respond quickly and efficiently when needed.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues, and guests, in line with Group Policy (HS001) and the law.
(We Care) — Everyone is accountable for following safe working procedures and using equipment for which they are trained. Where incidents occur, they must be reported to a line manager, and employees are expected to cooperate with investigations as appropriate.
