• Oversee the enchanting operation of all departments.

🎉 Magical Training Coordination:

• Organize captivating training sessions for our front-line Hosts in ride safety, food safety, profit protection, and retail standards.
• Empower your team to deliver outstanding customer service, with a touch of guest recovery magic when needed.

🛡️ Supporting the Adventure:

• When not weaving spells as the Duty Manager, support your department in training, stocking, inventory control, employee engagement, and scheduling.
