As an HRIS Consultant with us, you'll play a key role in revolutionizing how we manage and optimize our HR systems. Dive into the heart of our operations with the exciting UKGPro and UKGPro WFM systems, and become the go-to expert for ensuring seamless maintenance and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all UKG releases.

This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds with the flexibility to work remotely and/or on-site. It is a 1-year fixed-term contract, perfect for those who thrive in dynamic environments and are looking for an exciting, impactful opportunity.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert Support: Provide expert support on implementing UKG releases/updates, maintaining and troubleshooting HR systems, and collaborating closely with vendors as necessary.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis on recurring UKG data integrity issues. Implement corrective actions to address underlying causes and prevent future occurrences.
  • System Testing: Execute timely testing of system upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Third-Party Interfaces: Manage third-party interfaces within HR Information Systems (HRIS) to uphold smooth operation and data integrity.
  • Error Monitoring: Monitor interfaces for any errors or discrepancies. Use monitoring tools to detect issues promptly.
  • Data Security: Enhance UKGPro & UKGPro WFM security measures to protect sensitive HR data from unauthorized access or breaches.
  • HRIS Enhancements: Prioritize and implement enhancements to HRIS functionality that support better data integrity.
  • Ticket Management: Effectively manage complex HRIS tickets to achieve timely resolutions and uphold high user satisfaction and system reliability standards.

Documentation and Results

  • System Support: Provide functional and technical system support across UKGPro and UKGPro WFM Systems.
  • Reporting and Queries: Generate and maintain reports/queries using appropriate reporting tools to support data analysis and auditing.
  • Data Integrity: Assist in maintaining data integrity by running queries and analyzing data as part of auditing.
  • System Administration: Contribute to system administration responsibilities, including security access, workflow, and configuration.

Qualifications & Experience

Skills & Experience Required

 

Minimum Qualifications: Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Human Resource Management, Technology, or a related field.
  • Excel Expertise: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
  • HRIS Experience: Seven (7) years of HRIS experience, including System Maintenance, Data Analysis, HRIS ticketing system, Resolving HR Data Quality/Data Integrity Issues, and Maintaining HRIS Security Roles.

Required Qualifications

  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify recurring issues, analyze relevant data, and propose actionable resolutions.
  • HRIS Enhancements: Experience developing and implementing enhancements to HRIS functionality to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners and other departments to understand and support HRIS requirements.

HRIS Support/Data Analysis/Other Skills

  • Performance Metrics: Evaluate HRIS performance metrics to identify trends and resolve application issues effectively.
  • Technical Support: Manage application upgrades, provide technical support, and deliver training to ensure proficient use of HRIS tools.
  • Process Development: Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
  • Process Streamlining: Streamline HRIS processes, integrate new software solutions, and conduct diagnostic tests to improve system functionality.

Additional Skills

  • Performance Evaluation: Proficiency in evaluating HRIS performance metrics to identify trends and resolve application issues.
  • Upgrade Management: Experience managing application upgrades, providing technical support, and delivering training.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • HR Knowledge: Familiarity with human resource policies, procedures, and information security standards.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
