About the Role
Working closely with the General Manager and the department duty managers and supervisors, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth and profitable operation of our dynamic attractions and can work at a quick pace, motivate teams, provide exceptional guest service, and exhibit situational flexibility.
Through diligent work and optimal fun, you will strive to achieve the financial targets, achieve ultimate guest satisfaction, as well as lead and develop your team.

About You
You are a highly self–motivated leader with proven success managing/supervising operational teams. Passion for providing excellent experiences to our guests is critical. This combined with your excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills will be vital in meeting service delivery expectations and getting the most out of your team.
You will also be flexible in your approach to a working roster, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Experience within the leisure, entertainment or retail sector is also considered advantageous.
