Job Summary: As the Guest Experience Supervisor, you will lead our Guest Experience Team in delivering exceptional service while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving operational efficiency. This role involves hands-on leadership, including Duty Manager shifts on the floor, to ensure the smooth functioning of all departments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest standards of guest service, safety, and presentation are maintained.
  • Conduct daily team briefings to keep staff informed and motivated.
  • Implement service recovery strategies to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop staff incentive schemes and promote teamwork.
  • Provide training and support to team members, including setting objectives and conducting appraisals.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product scores, and dwell time for the Guest Experience Department.
  • Work with the Leadership Team to exceed secondary spend targets.
  • Evaluate guest-facing areas and recommend improvements to enhance the overall experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a guest-facing environment, visitor attraction, or retail outlet.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of service in busy, high-pressure situations.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Excellent sales skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with computerized till systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
