Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding Support:

    • Collaborate with team members to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
    • Ensure accurate data transfer from iCIMS flows to People Portal and then to UKG, liaising with relevant stakeholders for assistance.
    • Prioritize creating a positive experience for all employees during their transition into the organization.
  2. Job Posting:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job advertisements tailored to each role.
    • Utilize various platforms to post job ads, maximizing visibility and attracting top talent.
    • Implement strategies to ensure job postings reach the widest audience possible, driving applicant engagement.
  3. Audits:

    • Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes and systems to maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to address any discrepancies or issues identified during audits promptly.
  4. Reporting:

    • Generate comprehensive reports on recruitment data and metrics to track progress and performance.
    • Analyze trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Present findings to key stakeholders, contributing to strategic decision-making and recruitment strategy refinement.
  5. Support Nationwide Recruitment:

    • Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team across multiple locations nationwide.
    • Ensure consistency and efficiency in recruitment processes, adhering to established protocols and best practices.
    • Collaborate closely with team members to streamline operations and enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in organizational dynamics and business principles.

  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in either talent acquisition or analytics roles, showcasing a proven track record of success in a similar capacity.

  • Organizational Skills: Exhibit strong organizational prowess, adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities concurrently while maintaining a high level of effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with a customer-service-oriented approach, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and team members alike.

  • Technical Proficiency: Showcase proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Power BI, enabling the effective analysis and presentation of recruitment data and metrics.

  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Possess hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, adept at navigating and leveraging these platforms to streamline recruitment processes.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Display a strong aptitude for proactive problem-solving, addressing each task with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on achieving optimal outcomes.

  • Confidentiality: Exhibit the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion, ensuring the trust and integrity of all stakeholders.
