What you'll bring to the team

The HRIS Data Analyst will help support and maintain the organization’s HR technology platforms, reporting and data analytics. This position is based at our HR People Hub center of excellence, located in Orlando, Florida.

 

The HRIS Analyst partners with key stakeholders to analyze work process design and flow, improves processes and uses data for a return on technological capabilities

This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for the organization, and assists teams with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, ad hoc reports, etc.

Supports updates, upgrades, testing, implementation, and other technical projects as assigned

 

Documents Processes and Results

The HRIS Analyst will provide functional and technical system support in all areas of the UKGPro and UKGPro WFM (formally known as Dimensions) Systems

  • Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports queries using appropriate reporting tools
  • Monitor the HRIS ticketing systems -Fresh Desk Tickets and be first point of contact for employee and functional leaders on inquiries and support request
  • Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data (for team Merlin - this is the auditing piece)
  • Creating and maintain interfaces, providing knowledge on system administration responsibilities including security access, workflow and system configuration.
  • Enhancing and maintaining the security, accuracy and integrity of our HR data
  • Diagnosing and resolving HR data issues from end users, business process events, etc.
  • Working with internal teams to improve existing processes and data integrity
  • Monitoring, processing & troubleshooting data interfaces to/from the HRIS system of record and multiple other systems and vendors
  • Supports HRIS updates, upgrades, testing, implementation, and other technical projects as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Technology or related field.
  • Two (2) years of HRIS experience – System Maintenance, Data Analysis, HRIS ticketing system, Resolving HR Data Quality /Data Integrity Issues and Maintaining HRIS Security Roles.

HRIS Customer Support:

  • Responsible for day-to-day support, HRIS ticketing system flow, coordinating support/training sessions with team members and escalating issues to coworkers or leadership on an as needed basis
  • Takes ownership for completing each assignment by (i) understanding overall business objectives & priorities, (ii) focusing on solutions which leverage data and (iii) operating with a sense of urgency
  • Identify when an issue (or opportunity) may be an indicator of a recurring problem (or needed solution) others may experience then analyze data to develop a recommended resolution
  • Consulting with HRBPs and other departments to determine HRIS needs.

 

HRIS Support /Data Analysis/Other Skills:

  • Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues.
  • Documenting processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports.
  • Performing application upgrades, as well as and providing training and technical support.
  • Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
  • Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.
  • Demonstrated ability in the support & administration of HR data analysis, HRIS and HR technology
  • Strong experience/expertise supporting HRIS (preferred UKG) as an HRIS analyst
  • Expert skill level in Microsoft Excel
  • Outstanding problem-solving and consultative skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to audit (and correct if necessary) large amounts of data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures

Pay Range

USD $60,000.00/Yr.
