Your Role: As a Retail Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our retail areas. Your focus will be on maximizing per-cap spends and average transaction values while leading your team to deliver exceptional service.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Being the shining example of excellence on the floor
• Leading and inspiring the retail team to exceed KPI and Mystery Visit targets
• Collaborating with the Retail Manager on labor budgets and schedules
• Assisting with ordering, merchandising, and inventory control
• Supporting revenue goals for our commercial areas
• Serving as an on-duty manager when needed
• Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and training of retail staff
• Reporting key metrics and inventory levels
• Managing performance and growth through development plans and appraisals
• Ensuring visual appeal and effectiveness of assigned areas
• Handling guest complaints and fostering teamwork through incentive programs
• Maintaining proper coverage and staff utilization
• Leading daily team briefings with attraction SLT
• Completing tasks in our Futura Inventory Management system to support accuracy

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, visitor attractions, or retail outlets
