Position: Food and Beverage Shift Lead

Scope of Job: As the Food and Beverage Shift Lead, you'll be the magical maestro behind the scenes, ensuring smooth operations across admissions, attractions, food and beverage, and retail. You'll lead by example, inspiring our team to be 'guest-obsessed' and deliver top-notch service every day! šŸ”šŸŽ¢šŸ›ļø

 

Essential Functions:

šŸ° Serve as the Manager on Duty, overseeing all departments and keeping the magic flowing seamlessly.
šŸ“‹ Delegate and monitor daily tasks for our front-line heroes.
šŸŒŸ Lead and motivate our team to deliver exemplary customer service.
šŸšØ Uphold health and safety standards with a sprinkle of magic!
šŸš¶‍ā™‚ļø Manage queues and guest flow like a true wizard.
šŸ’¬ Respond efficiently to guest concerns and keep the communication flowing between departments.

 

Coordinate Training of Front-line Hosts:

šŸŽ“ Organize enchanting training sessions and empower our team to deliver outstanding service.
šŸ“ Keep records as pristine as a fairy-tale castle.
šŸŒŸ Ensure our team members shine bright like stars in guest interactions.

 

Support Food and Beverage:šŸ½ļø When not managing, dive into supporting your department with training, stocking, and more!

Education and Experience:
