About the Role

Safety is our top priority. As a Facilities HVAC Technician, you'll help ensure our resort operates safely and efficiently by inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, refrigeration, and related facility systems. Your work directly supports the comfort and safety of our guests and employees every day.

What You'll Do

βœ… Keep safety as your #1 priority and follow all PPE, OSHA, and company safety requirements.

βœ… Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair:

  • HVAC systems
  • Refrigeration equipment
  • Ventilation systems
  • Related controls and components

βœ… Perform preventive maintenance and document completed work in the maintenance management system.

βœ… Repair or replace components including:

  • Thermostats
  • Fan controls
  • Motors
  • Belts
  • Filters
  • Relays
  • Safety valves
  • Pressure controls
  • Heat exchangers

βœ… Respond to maintenance and emergency service calls throughout the park.

βœ… Work with vendors to source materials and equipment when needed.

βœ… Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment concerns to leadership.

βœ… Support additional maintenance projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of HVAC technician experience
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems, tools, and equipment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and commitment to guest service
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Pay Range
