As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering world-class guest service while providing hands-on leadership to our front-line teams. You'll inspire, support, and develop team members while ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and operational efficiency across the attraction.

What You'll Do

Lead & Inspire

  • Provide front-line leadership and set the standard for exceptional guest service.
  • Lead by example through visible, attraction-floor-based leadership.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Conduct team briefings and foster open communication across departments.
  • Support scheduling, training, performance management, and team development initiatives.

Deliver Extraordinary Guest Experiences

  • Champion our Guest Obsession standards and create memorable experiences for every guest.
  • Empower team members to provide service recovery solutions and exceed guest expectations.
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation, safety, and guest care throughout the attraction.
  • Act as a role model for all customer-facing teams.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Ensure safe operating procedures are followed at all times.
  • Support operational management to maintain efficient daily operations.
  • Monitor departmental performance, inventory levels, product scores, and guest engagement metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to achieving sales and revenue goals through outstanding service and team performance.

Take on Leadership Responsibilities

  • Serve as Duty Manager during designated shifts, overseeing the overall daily operation of the attraction.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team on employee engagement initiatives and incentive programs.
  • Support training strategies for both new and existing team members.
  • Promote teamwork across departments to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a guest-facing environment, visitor attraction, hospitality, entertainment venue, or retail setting.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience using point-of-sale or computerized till systems.

Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and movement throughout the attraction. Team members may be required to lift or carry items weighing up to 70 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and work in both indoor and outdoor environments with varying conditions.
