Qualifications & Experience

๐Ÿงฉ What You’ll Do:

As a Guest Experience Shift Lead, you’ll:

  • ๐ŸŽฏ Supervise and support front-line staff during your shift

  • ๐ŸŒŸ Inspire your team to be “guest obsessed” and deliver world-class service

  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Assist with daily operations, guest flow, and crowd control

  • ๐Ÿ“š Train, coach, and support team members to become LEGOLAND legends

  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care

  • ๐Ÿงพ Maintain training documentation and safety compliance

  • ๐Ÿ‘ฃ Lead by example by stepping into host positions when needed

  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Provide feedback, coaching, and assist with staff development

  • โš™๏ธ Collaborate with other departments for smooth daily operation

๐Ÿง  What You Bring:

  • โœ… High School diploma or GED required

  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Strong customer service & communication skills. Enthusiasm, positivity, and a team-first attitude

  • ๐ŸŒ Previous experience in attractions, entertainment, or hospitality (6+ months preferred)

  • ๐Ÿš€ Previous experience working with children

  • ๐Ÿง‘‍๐Ÿ’ผ Leadership experience 

  • ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Comfortable using office and POS systems

  • ๐Ÿ” Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to multitask in a fun, fast-paced environment

๐Ÿ“‹ Additional Requirements:

  • โš–๏ธ Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and work on your feet for extended periods

  • ๐Ÿ“… Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings

  • ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Commitment to health & safety for yourself, your team, and our guests

  • ๐ŸšŒ Occasional local travel may be required
