🌟 What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
- Engage with guests to understand their needs and recommend products that enhance their visit.
- Drive sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and personalized recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing retail spaces.
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory organization as needed.
- Answer guest questions and resolve concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety, and operational standards.
Qualifications & Experience
About You
- 6 months – 1 year experience working in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests.
- Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns.
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
