We're looking for energetic, guest-focused team members to join our Food & Beverage Team and help deliver an awesome experience every day. 🎉

What You'll Do

😄 Bring the Energy

Be enthusiastic, confident, and demonstrate the Merlin Values in every guest interaction.

🎉 Create Memorable Guest Experiences

Seek out opportunities to engage with guests and help make their visit fun and memorable.

🚧 Support Safe & Smooth Operations

Help manage guest lines and maintain a safe, positive experience during busy periods.

🛍️ Keep Things Looking Great

Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked public areas to create a welcoming environment.

🔑 Follow Daily Procedures

Complete opening and closing responsibilities to help keep the attraction running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

🌟 About You

🎉 You bring positive energy, love interacting with people, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages.

✅ 6 months–1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred

😊 Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment

💬 Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences

⚡ Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

🎢 Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments

📅 Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
