We’re looking for energetic, detail-loving team members to join our Hotel Housekeeping team and help keep our resort sparkling, safe, and guest-ready every day.

The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and possesses strong communication skills in both languages. This role requires flexibility to work a variety of afternoon and evening shifts, with schedules that may vary based on operational needs, including weekends and holidays. 

🎯 What You’ll Do

As a Housekeeping Attendant – Public Areas, you’ll play a key role in delivering that “WOW!” first impression:

 

Keep It Brick-Tastic Clean

  • Maintain spotless lobbies, restrooms, restaurants, hallways, and public spaces

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, polish, and refresh all assigned areas

  • Keep outdoor surroundings tidy and trash-free

🧼 Deliver Top-Notch Cleanliness

  • Clean carpets, floors, windows, mirrors, and surfaces to high standards

  • Handle special cleaning tasks like shampooing carpets or deep cleaning

  • Support guest room cleaning when needed

🛎️ Create Memorable Guest Moments

  • Interact with guests in a friendly, helpful, and professional way

  • Respond quickly to requests (like delivering items to rooms)

  • Solve problems with a guest-first attitude

🧺 Support Behind-the-Scenes Magic

  • Assist with laundry (sorting, washing, drying, folding linens)

  • Keep carts, storage areas, and workspaces organized and stocked

  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies safely and properly

 

Qualifications & Experience

Background and Experience:
▪ Requires at least 1 year of Hotel experience in housekeeping operations. 
▪ Strong guest services skills. 
▪ Ability to follow instructions, detail-oriented, professional attitude is required.
▪ Ability to work independently.
▪ Exhibits patience, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
▪ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

▪ High school graduate or General Education Degree (or equivalent education and experience) is preferred.
▪ Previous experience as a Public Area Attendant highly desirable.
