Maintenance Technician - LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston

 

Love fixing things and keeping operations running smoothly? Join our team! 🙌

 

What You’ll Do:


⚡ Repair & maintain HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical, doors & more
🧰 Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues
📋 Complete preventative maintenance & inspections
💡 Replace bulbs, projectors, displays & basic tech equipment
🚚 Help with exhibit setup, teardown & shipping/receiving
🪜 Repair walls, fixtures, furniture & interior spaces
✅ Respond quickly to work orders and keep guests safe

Qualifications & Experience

What We’re Looking For:


✔️ 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience
✔️ Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general repairs
✔️ Able to work independently and solve problems fast
✔️ Comfortable in fast-paced, guest-facing environments
✔️ Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays may be required)

 

 

Physical Requirements:

💪 Lift up to 70 lbs
🪜 Comfortable working at heights (10–15 ft)
🚶 Stand/walk for long periods
🦺 Use PPE and follow OSHA safety standards
