Qualifications & Experience

🌟 What your shift looks like

Every day is a little different, but you’ll typically:

  • Lead and support frontline team members during your shift
  • Help keep guest flow smooth and energy high
  • Step in to solve problems quickly and calmly
  • Support attractions and daily operations
  • Make sure guests have a safe, fun, and seamless experience
  • Be the go-to person when the team needs direction

💡 This role is a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy leading or supporting a team in a busy environment
  • Like being active and working directly with people

Previous leadership or shift experience is helpful — but not required if you bring the right attitude and people skills.
