This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk maintenance role. You’ll be the one keeping rides running, solving real-time issues, and leading a team that keeps the entire attraction operational. From electrical troubleshooting to hands-on repairs, your work directly impacts the guest experience every single day.

⚙️ What You’ll Actually Be Doing

This role blends hands-on technical work + leadership — about 50/50:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain rides, attractions, and facility systems to keep downtime low
• Lead and support a team of Technicians — scheduling, coaching, and developing their skills
• Own preventative maintenance and make sure equipment is running safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, AV, and facility issues in real time
• Work with vendors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and oversee outside contractors
• Jump in on everything from lighting and painting to equipment installs and repairs
• Ensure safety, inspections, and compliance standards are always met

We’re not looking for “just” a manager — we need a working lead:

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or technical operations (attractions, entertainment, or similar preferred)
• Hands-on skills across areas like:
  • Electrical / mechanical systems
  • HVAC, plumbing, or general facilities
  • AV systems or automation (bonus)
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a team (even informally)
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly and stay calm under pressure
• Someone who takes pride in fixing things the right way
