As an Admissions Shift Lead, you’ll balance hands-on leadership with guest-facing action. You won’t just supervise—you’ll jump in, support your team, and help create an amazing experience for every guest.
Day to day, you will:
Lead daily Admissions operations to ensure safe, efficient, and guest-ready entry ποΈπ
Assign, guide, and support front-line hosts throughout each shift ποΈπ¬
Actively manage queues and guest flow during busy periods β±οΈβ‘οΈ
Lead by example by stepping into host positions when needed π
Deliver outstanding guest service and confidently handle guest recovery situations ππ οΈ
Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards π§Όβ οΈ
Partner with other departments to resolve issues quickly and maintain a smooth guest experience ππ€
Assist with scheduling, inventory, stocking, and team engagement π π¦
We’re looking for an energetic, people-first leader who loves working with children and families and enjoys making a difference in real time.
You’ll be successful if you have:
A high school diploma or GED (college coursework or degree preferred) π
At least six months of experience in attractions, entertainment, childcare, hospitality, retail, or other guest-facing roles π°π·
Previous experience leading, training, or mentoring team members π§π«
Strong communication skills with a cheerful, positive leadership style π¬π
A genuine passion for creating magical, playful experiences for young children and their families ππΆ
Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic office technology π»π³
The ability to stay organized, calm, and guest-focused in a fast-paced environment π§ β‘
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons ππ
